His 1st outing this season he ran 'LILAC LACE' to within 1 length.That rival won 5 races in a row this and last season and has also came 2nd in a class 2 h'cap.
The 5th placed horse and already race fit 'APACHE RISING'was a further 4 lengths away.Has also won 4 from his last 7 starts so the form of that race has worked out really well
