I've used AVG free or AVAST free in the past - both will do the job without slowing things up too much if you tune them up

i LOVE the aw tracks mate...the form is very consistent as theres no fluctuations in ground conditions and its easier to read the form.
Im gonna have a lil scotch and a special Havanna i save for the good days,Then its back to the grindstone til the wee hrs.
