Very unlucky not to get 3rd yesterday missing out by a head!!!
Hopefully back to winning ways at the Curragh today in the last race. It isn't often that Jamie spencer travels over sea to ride in a handicap. Well that's presuming he's not gone to ride that thing in the Phoenix!
In the final race he's aboard Harmonic Note who is priced at 16-1.
He's ridden this horse before at Goodwood, which is always a positive. The horse has been trying her luck in some class 1 races and last time ran ok-ish over 7f. Been given a nice 6-week break since then and I reckon she is now fancied - hence Spencer taking over for his boss.
16-1 is a fair price and will do me for HIT number 8 each-way.
