Ok guys time has come to reveal my big bet for Saturday:
Goodwood Mirage 3.30 Ascot Saturday £200 e/w @ 8/1 BOG
Al Kazeem 6.50 Leop saturday £200 e/w @ 3/1 BOG
£100 e/w dbl
I have N/R no bet in both bets.
Reasons:
As most of you know I have shares in Goodwood Mirage and we had a chance to sell this horse before this race but we have said NO to the offer as we feel the price will go up after this run on saturday. With the forecast Rain a big plus and the step up in distance a very shewed move we are a expecting a massive run off our horse before our syndicate sells this horse on.
I was told at start of the season to follow Al Kazeem and his big goal for the year was either going to be the Arc or this race saturday. I'm glad now that they decided to declare my mate Al for this race, I personally think the ground went against him last time and with the forecast of rain for leopardstown tonight and most of tomorrow morning I think the gods have shined on my pal Al and can see him getting revenge on Declaration of War if the o'briens dare take my pal on, on his favored conditions.
These horses owe me nothing this year as between them they have paid for my holiday aboard and more. This money is only winnings I've had saved up for past few weeks to bet on these 2 horses next time out.
